Say
FlowersBirthday FlowersSympathy FlowersPlants can reproducing asexually by:

(1) producing new "offspring" directly from buds (meristematic regions) on stems (i.e., rhizomes, stolons, tubers, bulbs, corms), roots or leaves (i.e., maternity plant); (2) parthenogenesis - fruit development without pollination and/or fertilization;

(3) apomixis - seed production without sex; and

(4) fragmentation - cells in plant tissues can differentiate into new individual (i.e., leaf cuttings).

The offspring are "clones" or genetic carbon copies of the parents.

Plants practice "safe sex".
