Reply:Probably because she wants the garden appearance without the work of keeping them watered. If it is making you crazy, tell her not to bring any more because you don't like it. Personally, one nice houseplant that's alive is worth dozens of fakes.

Reply:Well.. you love her.. so Stopping her isn't what you really want to do.. but what you can do is negotiate.. tell her which areas you really don't want to see florals in, and then tell which areas they look fine in... also suggest for her to donate some of them to Good Will if she has too many. It may not curb her frombuying them, but at least she'll know you're not the flower type of guy.. and if she really hated hunting you would respect her wishes not to have antlers and stuffed fish everywhere.
If this is her new hobby, (it is at least an inexpensive one), or she really likes florals for decor.. maybe encourage her to buy a few book on flower arrangements.. and tell her which friends house that particular flower or tree (that you really dislike), would look great in, if she put her personal touch on it and made it over with her talents.
Yeah yeah.. it's a little homework for you.. but the result is.. if she feels good about sharing them with others.. thats less of them in your home.

Reply:I don't know what "wermid" is but what do you care if she brings home fake plants/flowers? I'd say it's better than bringing home STD'S...if you get my drift. Or maybe she's buying flowers for herself that she wishes YOU would bring for her? Maybe she just likes them? I think there are bigger problems in the universe than fake flowers. Seriously, if you started bringing her home flowers, I bet it would stop.
